5G is an uncapped service subject to an Acceptable Usage Policy, which varies depending on the specific service type. Coverage maps are provided by the network operator and are based on available tower capacity and signal strength in each area.
FTTH (Fibre-To-The-Home)
Fibre Broadband Access is provided as a best-effort service by the Fibre Line Provider. Any warranties on equipment or hardware supplied during installation are held by the Fibre Line Provider or their appointed representative and remain their property. The estimated installation timeframe is typically 7–14 working days.
